By accessing or using AbidePray (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

AbidePray is an AI-powered prayer companion that generates personalized prayers based on your input. The Service uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude) to create prayers and is intended as a spiritual aid. AbidePray is not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, medical advice, or pastoral care. The prayers generated are meant to supplement, not replace, your personal relationship with God and your faith community.

3. Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• •Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• •Not share your account credentials with others

4. Free and Pro Plans

AbidePray offers a free plan with limited daily prayers and a paid “Pro” subscription plan with unlimited access. Details of each plan are described on our Pricing page.

We reserve the right to modify plan features, pricing, and usage limits at any time. Existing Pro subscribers will be notified of any material changes before they take effect.

5. Payment and Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• •You may cancel at any time through the Manage Subscription portal on our Pricing page
• •Upon cancellation, you retain access to Pro features through the end of your current billing period
• •Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• •Generate content that is hateful, threatening, or promotes violence
• •Attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or exploit the AI system
• •Automate access to the Service through bots, scrapers, or similar tools
• •Use generated prayers for commercial purposes without permission
• •Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. AI-Generated Content

Prayers generated by AbidePray are created by artificial intelligence. While we strive to produce content that is theologically sound and spiritually meaningful:

• •Generated prayers may not perfectly align with every denomination or theological tradition
• •The Service does not represent any specific church, denomination, or religious authority
• •AI-generated content should be used with personal discernment

8. Intellectual Property

The AbidePray name, logo, design, and website are the property of AbidePray. Prayers generated for you through the Service are provided for your personal use. You may share generated prayers with others, but you may not resell or commercially distribute them.

9. Limitation of Liability

AbidePray is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AbidePray shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though we may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
